There are of course some casinos in the Las Vegas Strip, that due to their locations are always going to be jam packed with gamblers at any time of the night or day, and that is one thing that you are going to have to get used to if you visit Harrah’s Casino in Vegas.
It was back in 1992 that it became Harrah’s Casino, however it was known as the Holiday Casino when it first opened its doors back in 1973, and when you step inside you will notice its very obvious carnival and mardi gras theme running throughout the property.
For those of you that are ever eager to know just which players card you will be using in any casino you may end up visiting in Vegas, as Harrah’s is currently owned and operated by Caesars Entertainment which is now part of Eldorado then it will be their players card you will be using in this property and any other casinos that are owned by that company.
You will probably dive into Harrah’s Casino to escape the heat outside if walking the Strip, and if you do so you will find its gaming floor is huge and to be fair to the casino, there will always be an excellent mix of slot machines on offer.
Catering for low stake players is something that Harrah’s Casino in Vegas does do very well, so you will find plenty of penny slot machines dotted around its gaming floor, but for those of you that are prepared to play for higher stakes and those that can afford to do so, there will be high roller areas on the gaming floor too.
Just keep in mind as mentioned up above, that Harrah’s can be a very busy casino, so if you want to have the pick of the slot machines, and not have to wait until your favourite ones do not have players sat in front of them, you may be best off choosing another casino at which to play at.
